Combination Flexo

HLP Klearfold’s leading-edge, 13-color combination printing capability delivers exceptional print quality while providing more printing and decoration options.  Our printing press has one gravure station and 12 UV web-flexo stations.  Up to five of the flexo stations can be configured for backside printing, or swapped out for up to four rotary silkscreen and/or two cold foil units.

This remarkable capability delivers exceptional four-color process printing, bolder and more vibrant colors on clear substrates, and dazzling metallic and other special effects, to create an even greater impact at the shelf.  And it allows HLP Klearfold to accomplish in a single pass, what traditionally would require five or more passes.
