Duofold^® Packaging

Duofold^® combines the best attributes of clear, box-grade plastic and paperboard to produce a distinctive visual package.  Combining these two dissimilar substrates allows for some very unique structural designs and provides two distinctive visual, textural, and tactile impressions.

Soft Crease^® scored rigid film is used to create multiple plastic carton panels or to make windows that wrap around multiple score lines, permitting far greater content visibility than conventional windowed cartons.  What’s more, rigid box-grade film adds significant structural integrity and strength to the package.  And any combination of offset, flexo, and/or silkscreen printing, plus foil stamping, can be applied to the plastic panels, the paperboard panels, or both.
